Retreat Policy and Cancellations
– Retreat costs include yoga tuition, room hire, food and accommodation.
– To enrol you will need to book and pay for the Retreat and complete an application form.
– To qualify for the early bird price the retreat needs to be paid for in full by the early bird date.
– Otherwise a deposit of $300 can be paid, followed by 2 further instalments to meet the full price four weeks prior to the first day of the retreat.
– The full fee needs to be paid by the due date – four weeks prior to the first day of the retreat.
– Please bring your own equipment to the Retreat.
A cancellation made:
– more than 60 days before the start of the event will result in a refund minus a 10% admin fee
– less than 60 days before the start of the event will result in a refund minus a 20% cancellation fee
A cancellation made less than four weeks before the start of the event will result in no refund unless under exceptional emergency circumstances, in which case The Yoga Nook will consider each case individually. If a refund is deemed appropriate in an emergency situation 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Failure to attend a workshop or event without a valid reason, or to complete a workshop or event will result in loss of payment.
The Yoga Nook cannot be held responsible for airfare cancellation and/or flight delays.
