Annette started Iyengar yoga in 1997 at the Glebe Yoga School, where she took classes with
Linda Apps. Annette immediately loved yoga for its accessibility, non-competitiveness, and ability to calm the mind as well as strengthen the body. Annette maintained her practice while travelling for work, before returning to Sydney and resuming classes with Linda at The Yoga Nook in 2015. Annette has been undertaking teacher training with Linda since 2018. Annette enjoys maintaining her daily yoga and meditation practice, and now sharing that practice through teaching the general class on Sunday mornings.

Michelle Reedy

Michelle Reedy has been a student of Iyengar yoga for 12 years. Recently Michelle completed an Iyengar yoga teacher training under the guidance of Iyengar Level 3 teacher, Linda Apps, and continues to be mentored by her. Michelle uses the benefits of her daily yoga practice to balance and maintain a busy lifestyle, running a business, and raising three children.

Peter Lightbody

Peter started yoga in a class full of aspiring actors and dancers in Downtown Manhattan in 1991. He’s been to a lot of schools and teachers since then and is now training with Linda Apps.
