Our yoga studio offers an enriching blend of in-person and hybrid classes, providing the flexibility for you to attend sessions physically or join online. If you’re considering joining a mixed class, identifying if it has an online option is simple—look for the option when you navigate to the booking button that directs you to Punchpass.
Our Iyengar Yoga curriculum is designed to integrate restorative yoga and active sessions seamlessly. Focusing on enhancing strength and nurturing the nervous system, our approach emphasises the repetitive practice of standing poses, forward bends, twists, backbends, inversions and pranayama. Through this repetition, you’ll gradually cultivate strength, enhance comprehension, perception and subtlety and foster flexibility within your body and mind.
Operating on a term-based structure, our classes align with the NSW school term, fostering progressive growth and improvement. We firmly believe that development stems from consistent repetition. Therefore, we encourage term enrolment as it facilitates the seamless integration of yoga into your routine. Enrolment is flexible, allowing you to join the term at any point, and we encourage you to attend the same class regularly so that your teacher can get to know you. You also get to know your classmates and can progress together as a group. To join mid-term, pay the pro-rata fee for the remaining term duration through Internet banking. We also provide casual class options for those seeking to dip their toes in before committing to a term.
If you’re new to yoga, we highly recommend starting with our Beginner/General Classes or exploring our specially curated Introductory weekend courses. These courses provide newcomers with a foundational understanding and comfortable entry into the practice.
For our Advanced classes, we delve into more intricate poses like handstands, forearm balances, headstands, and shoulder stands. These classes are tailored to challenge experienced practitioners, allowing them to deepen their practice and refine their skills.
Whether you’re a seasoned yogi looking to expand your practice or a novice exploring the world of yoga for the first time, we offer various classes suitable for multiple experience levels. Our commitment is to provide a supportive and enriching environment for all practitioners, fostering growth, strength, and well-being through yoga.
