If you’re hearing a lot about the benefits of yoga but are not quite sure where to start, join us for this 2.5 hour introductory workshop over 2 days, Saturday and Sunday 4-5.15pm at our Yoga Nook in Dulwich Hill. In room only. We’ll start with gentle standing and resting poses. Our teaching is focused on making yoga accessible to everyone. Don’t worry if you have a sore knee or other bothersome issue, tell us about it and we can adjust the asanas to take your issue into account.
